1 extra large flour tortilla ( I used La Reina brand)
one green chili cut into thin pieces and then cut even further
a few spoonfulls of diced white onion

sour cream
few spoonfuls of frozen corn (thawed in the mic)
three jumbo diced black olives
shredded mexican cheese (I dont use a lot, maybe like a good punch of it just to act like glue holding it together)
sriracha, sea salt and chili pepper the inside before wrapping
fold in the two ends and then roll it up, keeping the seam on the bottom
nuke it for 1.5-2 minutes or more, or put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350
