This is Flarp. He is a DJ. And, he loves to have fun. In more than one way, yes. He goes to clubs, goes to Pen and Paper sessions, sleeps a lot and is totally not educated. He is one of the few phoenixes that are at a little under the average of education. Though, he knows how to rock your butt - with music, and other things.

Flarp is mine, obviously. Neon-Phoenixes arent common, they just appear under different names here and there. I maintain a little story about phoenixes and Flarp is a very casual one. There is one thing though, that is not casual: He can turn into a gooey creature. So, while all his other magic is pretty down the floor, he can goop you all over and derp around :)
