For those who didn't watch my scrapbook, I lost my cat Sting to Feline Leukemia. Rather than just a plain memorial stone or wooden marker, I wanted something more personal, so I created this canopic jar using a butter crock and super sculpey. The head is patterned off Sting which is why the ears are notched. There are cartouches on both sides: this pic is showing the back cartouche, but the front one has his Egyptian name in heiroglyphs. His remains are now sealed inside the jar as it should be.

I am planning on making more decorative jars and things soon!
