if that is Yoshi you forgot to give Nintendo the credit as it is their character *I've seen people making* "their" characters out of Yoshi pokemon and blah but what they really are is bascily *Fanmade* characters. And the original source should be credited

you should give credits for all areas that you post pictures. not just DA ^^ I always credit if I draw a fan character like my BMFM character Sniper, I always credit the original desine by the makers of BMFM on all four sites that I upload it too ^^

I know ^^ I'm jus one of those wierd people who makes stuff for other poeple ^^ Like if I drew something directly for nintendo and stuff, I'd give credit, and if I drew something just for the heck of it and it contains characters from a company, I'll be lazy to give credit hehe

not a good thing to do, you have to give credit otherwise the site could get into some serious trouble as the companies that made these characters would think that the artsites doesn't contain anything else but art thieves and copycats and ripoffs. People who draw their creations and does not say *these characters are copyrighted by law to Nintendo* and anything FAN-made should be put in the category *fanart* not as an original drawing.

Start giving credit. I give credit, as soon as I have drawn a Fanart or a drawing containing a character that does not belong to me, the copyrights are written on the drawing and then in the discreption of the image.

I do man. You take this thing too seriously. I do give credit and If this thing can give where if this is fanart and such, by this thing, I meant FA, I would put it under fan art. Seriously man, you worry bout your own stuff and I worry bout mine. I know who and where this character comes from, and because I'm lazy, I sometimes don't say I give credit to anything. But, if nintendo comes by and gets mad at me for supposedly recreating this character and tells me to get it off, All I have to say that all I did was modify the character haarmlessly and it is meant for no offense whatsoever. I didn't claim that yoshi is my character, or whatever I draw that has a big company behind it. I just drew it for the heck of it, nothing else.

Also, lets not argue, I dun like to argue and stuff. I jus want to no problems in anywhere k? ^^

well make it a habit to credit that is all I ask. FA is in serious trouble as it is, like not too long ago an art thief was caught and banned. and some companies has been cracking down on FA as there are alot of people not giving the companies any credit for their creations.
I don't know about you but I rather not have any trouble with the law about me drawing a fan picture so I credit
