umm I guess this is what you call a vent, but I'm not going through depression or anything

Anyway this idea came from a running practice I had that one heat wave in august. It was fairly intense so that and the heat were killing me, then I got lapped by all the older dudes. And by older I mean there were 2 guys that are like 70. I'm serious, one guy has this frickin gandalf beard!! Anyway I'm a fairly fast runner, so when I fell apart out there I was mad and really upset because I was falling behind and too afraid to push myself harder. I could've done so much better but I held myself back because I was already hurting. So I got really pissed and started this to cool off a bit.
