Both Erin and Jessica liked to play the piano.

While Erin had been out of practice since she focused on gymnastics, she had remembered her lessons and her superpowers helped her with sounds, reflexes and timing. Jessica loved playing the piano as well because it was calming and she could let whatever she was playing just flow through her.

Even though Erin had left her job at Union University for a better opportunity, she was always welcomed back by the staff. If she had time, she'd go into a more secluded room for arts and crafts that was soundproofed so that it wouldn't disturb anyone studying. She usually brought a book to read but sometimes she decided to play the piano there.

Jessica had agreed to meet Erin there so they could go out for dinner later, but she had to search for her a little bit. When she opened the door to the room, she was greeted by the sound of Erin playing quietly.

"Hey, Erin, there you are. I didn't know you played the piano."

Erin waved and smiled. "Hey, Jes. Yeah, I can still do it though I'm out of practice a bit."

"What're you trying to play?"

"Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2."

"Oh, that's a good one. Here, scoot over and I'll give you a hand."

Erin nodded, then her grin got wider. "I think we might have an audience."

"What do you m... oh, right, the daycare group. Stop springing those faraway sounds on me!" Jessica teased.

Sure enough, a small group of children came in with their teacher, a black-haired deer doe.

"Okay, children, here we are, stay quiet n- oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize there was someone in here," she said. Jessica waved a little.

"Oh, it's all right. Hey, I have an idea, kids. My name is Jessica and this is Erin. Do you want to hear me and Erin here play a song?"

"Yeah!" some said a little loudly, but they were reminded to keep it down.

And so the two proceeded to entertain the little tykes with Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2, each taking a section of the piano. They both did a good job and the kids were thoroughly entertained. Not bad for a pre-dinner activity.
