You can peel if you want. but i'm too lazy for peeling...
also eating with peel is good for you (more fiber and such. ...unless it's soaked with tons of agricultural pesticides and chemicals)

by this method, you can eat over 90% of apple UvU
well maybe some of you already knew it or may knew better way >_>
this is pretty simple and easy...
