Ingredients:
5 idaho potatoes
2 TBS minced cilantro
4 TBS minced dill weed
1 cup mayo
4 TBS dijon mustard
1 TBS of creole mustard
1 tsp of lemon zest
1/2 cup milk
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/4 tsp of white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Chop the potatoes in half and put into a pot of heavily simmering water, and let it simmer for 35 minutes or until nice and tender. If it's done, you can poke a fork into it and it just sinks through with ease.
With the veggies all minced and diced, mix those into the sauces and seasonings listed above. Once the potatoes are done, mash up well, then add the seasoned sauce and fold it into the potatoes. After it cools down for a half hour, let it chill for a few hours. Should taste great! Nice tangy and mellow taste ;3
