so bio?

though she doesnt believe in it, she has extremely high power. out of most rayquaza's shes the most tame. her IQ is over 350, shes a gifted scholar, her studies involve the history and legends of all pokemon, legendaries and commons alike.
though she has a form for walking (legs) but never uses it, she rather fly. normally you'll find her in a huge library with her snout in a book. shes currently studying the meteorites from kalos and hoenn in hopes to find a fabled "Rayquazanite". shes near a break through.
she sports a light blue sweater (gets cold in the sky) glasses, and her scarf (its actually a silk scarf)
