Senator Bonnie Sanders delivers a speech to promote legislation to end childhood poverty. Live from the Senate Chamber.

This was done with 3D Studio Max in about 2 or 3 days.

Bonnie model extracted from Steam Workshop.

The lipsync was generated procedurally from the audio, hence why it's a little odd looking. I had to do a few adjustments here and there to correct his jaw clipping through his torso. Other movements were mouse-captured. This was the main feature I wanted to test here.

I had fun writing the news feed on the bottom of the screen :P
