Wanted to raise awareness for November! So this is a early banner.
Like we talked about in stream last night, Diabetes is not a very talked about health condition, yet it kills people too.
But yet people are more talking about cancer, even though there is other conditions out there that kill people.
I have lost family members because of Type 1 diabetes, which runs in my family.
Raise awareness, if you know a diabetic, are one, or love one, go hug them, and make them feel loved and appreciated.

I have type 1 and what getsd to me is that how often everyone treats it like type 2
Eat right and you won't have to take insulin... you can take a cheaper (water down) medication... don't do this... do that...
It's type one morons, I can't produce insulin at all on my own and yet insurance won't cover it fully and without is it's a $500 a vial cost

I also have type one, and people have told me those same things. When they do, just give them a link to www.jdrf.org or something. Then they will know. Just remember to not let T1D bring you down.
