*giggles* After doing his fellow, I want to do one of me, now. *grins* Take a wander- there are three other images with this plush, so folks can get a good look at him.
I know the no money misery... Blah. But making things like this may hopefully change that for me. Heh. Next up: my first attempt at a fursuit head!

Over a period of three weeks, about four hours a day (I tend to work best at night), so about 84 hours, or three and a half days, total. Some parts had to be hand-sewn because of tension problems on my machine (was worried that seams would be too loose and would come apart). The face has over thirty pieces alone in it, so that was fiddly work.
Markings can be painted, too (airbrush is best for that), but, depending on how big the plush is, the markings could be sewn without too much trouble. It would just take a while. For a complex marking-pattern, I'd make a trial figure, first, to test my pattern and work out glitches.
For a one-of-a-kind item like this, I asked Maliksr for $140- considering how many hours it took, that's crazy cheap. If I'd charged per hour, it would have been over 600 bucks! No way am I gonna charge that much. I'm hoping to reduce the amount of time it takes to make these, so that 140 or so will "pay" out better, in terms of per hour cost.

*chuckles* Maliksr is pretty cute... If you want one of an equally adorable you, note me. It takes a while and the cost is gonna be fairly high because it's a one-of-a-kind item. It's easier if you break the price up into payments. :-P If you're still interested, let me know.
