Uhm.. no. The spots are fairly normal. They look more like rosettes, but that's not strange. And those are literally ear tips, not horns.

This proves that buddy love is real and that you don't need to be in a relationship to have affection, but just cuddle while being furrified all you want and hug those who you need and who need you. It's just so beautiful that I don't know who's the comforter and who's the comfortee.
