No, the Morgan three wheeler is another model, it was slower of 25 km/h and had a air-cooled engine when the Spécial had a water-cooled engine but that's the only difference at my eyes, an error is totally possible, personally, I just can say that it's a Spécial thanks to the plate on the front.
