I shall mention

He has a lot of ideas regarding the Royal Guards, and I decided to make an attempt and how a couple of types could look.
Now that I think about it, the crossbowpony could fit as a pegasus. At least, if it's a moving unit, or defending floating buildings. I think it fits good as an earth pony if it's defending buildings on land.
