Part 2/2 of a Commission set for
RadiantWingedDragon, this one a Soft-Cell shaded piece of Icarus, the Charizard!
Charizards are among my top favourite Pokemon to draw, (wonder why that is,) and this guy was no exception! I tried making his wings more bat-like to fit the pose and in the frame - I like how it turned out! Commissioner also requested him here to be plantigrade. I also like the light feeling of the background. I was painting in his tail flame there, and the whole piece turned out windy, what with the leaves and blades of grass and hay blowing by him. Kind of similar to how the weather here has been lately.
