This is how I imagine hypno eyes work. I added one stage between not affected and fully affected, when the hypnotised person is partially conscious of their actions. That is, they have some free will but adopt behaviours that are not natural of them. For instance, someone who likes chocolate is hypnotised to hate it, but the rest of their personality is unaffected. This can vary depending of the depth of the effect; which is actually up to the person who follows this guide.
