Ah yeah, about the bagpipe, that can be strange yes. =p
Personally I love this instrument I find it gives a trait has the personality of Siobhan.

And it does not the same sound that a "classic" bagpipe ,

I associate it at a kind of magical instrument that Siobhan use to play a sinister music, for example to invoke a monolyth, ressurect a dead body and control it, or baited a wandering spirit and capture them, something like his ...

I reminds me of a video game "Warhammer 40K" or there was builders who create building using a music, "the Bonesinger". I was inspired by this.

Moreover, siobhan has a poor eyesight but largely offset by a supernatural hearing. It attaches great importance to the sound.

woah... nice :3 and... hey, if that's his weapon of choice... that's pretty cool :D definitely unique :P Its usually flute or guitar that are the weapons of choice for people... bagpipes... haven't seen it before, but that would be cool in action :J
