She's not from any of the stories. She merely fits into the setting as best as I could make her. Which is to mean massive liberties are taken since none of the stories agree on anything except fallout.
As the tabletop setting she's played in runs in a sort of Project Horizons timeline that's where most of my lore for her fits. But any specifics? None because I've never read any of the stories.
