Funny enough, during Starr's design back in 2008/9, Starr's design was actually based a bit off of the Vampire Lady from the Yu-Gi-Oh cards.
I tried to make Starr's costume more accurate to the Yu-Gi-Oh card than the anime's portrayal of the Vampire Lady (which I disagreed with).
