1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
No complaints here. It was an easy prompt to understand and it gave me lots of freedom, which is personally something that I always appreciate. :)

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
If you give me a choice of "cool mythical beasts", there is a good chance that it will end up being a gryphon. XD
I made him sky themed as requested and added as much flof as I could without going overboard. I made the floof reminiscant of clouds and chose the color pallete you requested that most looked like a sky in my mind.
Minimal clothing... but I did add a scarf and goggles only because I thought it looked cute. >_<
