Throughout most of my life I was a fan of the night -- the seclusion, the stars, the mystery, etc. But as I get closer to the Big Goodnight, I find myself dawn more and more to the daylight.
Of course, I can't actually SEE any stars from deep in the city, where I live, and in an urban environment there is no seclusion at any time of the day or night, so perhaps that's where most of the night's charms have gone.
