This is my entry for  onta's conest.
Vasili is of high nobility in the Unigan kingdom. He was born around the same time Devin was an often bullied him because he appeared weak, really it was because Vasili was attracted to Devin.
When he found out Devin had left the kingdom be breifly contemplated coming to earth to be with him, but quckly decided it wasnt worth it to insult his people by setting foot on earth soil.
