It was a snowy, snowy, boring Sunday here today so I figured I'd try my skill at taking some photographs around and outside the house. (Nicole helped me graciously figure all the workings of how to post the pics up here, so I hope they load alright.
This one here is off my wolf-hybrid (wolf and German Sheppard) named Cheyenne. I adopted her in Montana and she has been with me ever since. Don't let the innocent look fool you. She is a pain in the neck.
Here, she is eyeing up my bag of beef jerky that is on the counter instead of looking at me. *shrugs* You'd think she'd enjoy having a picture instead of jerky...

oh yes...some say Coyote, husky, or even Retriever (?) at first glance, but when they see the eyes and the fur markings then they say the 'wolf' and they get a lollipop.
In fact, from what the BitterRoot Humane Society in Montana was able to tell me, she was born on a wolf refuge in California in Dec 2002 and is about 50/50 wolf-German Sheppard. But it's hard to really know for sure...
