Part 2/2 of a Commission set for
GermanPanzer , this one a Flat-Coloured Commission of his Global Hawk character, Ferguson!
Yes, that is Global Hawk as in the UAV, or drone. Ferguson here is an aeromorph! Or a living aircraft, as I understand. This is my first time getting to work on one of these characters, and I gotta say, I loved it! I really wanted to pack in as much detail from the irl Global Hawk as I possibly could, (down to the rivets!) while posing him and adding arms and legs to still make him resemble an organic creature. Was an interesting challenge. I hope I get to work on more of these critters in the future! Also, on a side note, GHs have wicked thin wings.

My cousin actually used to work on drones that had wicked thin wings (might have been these? not sure though) He would work on the mechanics...he would also be one of two teams that had to drive down the runway in takeoff and landing because the wings were so thing they would break without supports durring those times.
