After selling my personal suit a few months ago i decided to remake Eris into a completely different species.
Made her into a Kestrel hippogryph! Always had a soft spot for that small falcon and its awesome colors <3

I plan to use a blue grey fur that i used on Saberjack http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15830852/ Somehow in my drawing it came out more blue than I intended. XD
Super happy and excited to make her into a suit someday once i finish Diamond first :3

That gray blue color is hard to find in fur so it's kind of a natural thing to change to blue for a nicer color palette rather than just going for a gray, and it's a thing that happens in artwork as well and has happened in artwork forever:

Also this is a hippogryph not a dragon, and the markings despite also being based off a kestrel, are completely different.
You can't really copyright or patent a color palette and I am pretty sure since this is just the colors of art markers that Eris had, that they're probably using completely different furs as well!
Sooo.. this request is just kind of ridiculous.

I quite aware of this and wasn't pointing fingers, it was just a statement. If you have any issue take it up with someone else as I really don't want to be involved in an issue that doesn't involve myself or that I care to worry about. I just came to admire and mentioned it "Looked" similar is all.
They don't need to take it up with Twilightsaint. The DAD rules does say if you base a dragon off of anything (like a bird or even tv show characters) that nothing is wrong if another thing similar pops up unless it is like a copy paste exact thing!
(This is coming from someone active in the DAD community! there are plenty of sonas based on other birds out there~ no worries)

theres a rule in the DAD community that, if a suit is based on a rel bird or animal, NO ONE can be butt hurt when another character with the same or similar markings pop up.
thats basically like saying 'i have a plain husky character, so NO ONE ELSE can have a husky, cause that means they are copying my character'
This is just what the Kestral looks like. Simple as that.
