with all the stress of the end of year stuff, i have not had time to draw recently, but today as i was sleeping, i experianced a dream the like of which i was un-accustomed to:

i was walking in a realm of darkness and fear
and i was scared, beyond all reason,
til....this...beast appeared, and the darkness fled instantly
it was wearing my masks as armour, and it looked upon me
like a child would look upon its mother for the first time
it was by far the most terrifying thing i ever seen,
but my fear...didn't come forth, instead i felt safe

...this creature lives inside me, infact, as i think about it
this creature is me, using the masks, my face as an armour
to hide its true animal intent, and its power
from those who will never understand,

this wolf, stared at me as i reliesed this, and smiled
its clawed hand touched my chin, and as it did, my body felt...cold
as if, this body i had, was nto my true from, that there was something stronger inside
something that wanted to be unleashed, something greater, and one day
i will be great, some day, i will stand proud, with my mask as my Armour,
i will show the world my real face, my real power
