This based off a scene from Okami, where Amaterasu looks up at a great whirlpool of stars in the sky from Watcher's Cape. It's so beautiful, so relaxing... and then you have to use the wind to spin the stars, thereby creating a whirlpool in the sea below to open up a path to the underwater Dragon Palace.
Hey, I said it was a good game, I never said it made much sense.

However, if I have a favourite clean piece, it's probably this. I adore how this came out, and I'm very pleased with the result - see? Even I know that these things look good when I apply the right lighting :P
True, I can see flaws now - there doesn't seem to be much depth between Ammy and the galaxy, and there are a few other things that feel off, but oh well - nothing's perfect, eh?
Anyway. This is actually my phone's wallpaper, y'know? Pretty darn happy with it, too :3
Not much else to say here. What do you guys think?
