Hehehe. I never had a dog with so many rolls, but they must be quite hard to maintain.

She's a pretty easy girl, granted, I don't live with her. Very playful, doesn't bark, doesn't drool.

So very cute! You did a great job on this one. Especially given that oil painting is a hard media to work with.

For me, it's not so much hard to work with as it is a big pain to get together. Medium, paints, thinner, making sure your canvas is VERY well covered so that the linseed oil doesn't horribly maim it... it's a long, tedious process. Once it's all set up, I like the properties that it has, the long drying time as opposed to acrylics, the potential for layers, etc. And of course, there is that prestige that goes along with it being an oil painting.

But thank you! I respect your opinions quite a bit! Especially when they're telling me that I'm doing good work.
