Well Lugia day was the 24th of September, because Lugia is Pokemon number 249, making the date 24/9.
Although, Yveltal is number 717. and there's no such date as 71/7. Meaning that the only way would be to invert it and use the so-called american date, with the month going first, a.k.a 07/17.
So Yveltal day for me is now officially July 17th. And outside the release date for Fallout 4, that's the only time I'll ever use american date setup.
