Oh thank goodness. The entire cast is technically completed until the 3rd arc of my story. The only thing I may do is slightly modify designs as my style evolves! Also see there was a reason and older image was called minor characters 1!
These are minor characters so each has a super short bio though they all work for the UICA (an intergalactic organization dedicated to peace and togetherness, think of it like a space UN). All of them work in the province of Canada my story takes places and are technically underlings of Anish (as are all UICA staff that work on Earth in a sense) but the two aliens are also underlings of Rennasho. Rennasho holds the same "rank" I guess you could call it with Victor and Safiyo.

Iqu is a doctor that works with physical health, he's trained to treat any sapient species. He's more like a doctor that works at an ER. He's more there to get you by until you get to a more specialize personnel. He's pretty moody but is rather good at what he does. Also if you're wondering he actually lost his foot while working in construction when he was super young which is what got him interested in medicine in the first place.

Oppomal Feshen is a psychiatric doctor. She's also trained to work with any sapient species. She can also work double with other things like counselling. Her main job is mostly to help anyone that's having a meltdown from culture shock and stuff like that.

Victor Leblanc is basically the only MiB basically that works permanently on PEI Canada. He's actually from the province so it makes sense. He mainly works to deal with any conflicts between species. He's apparently a bit more morally grey and sometimes blackmails people into behaving.

Safiyo Geesi Xidig is an MiB from elsewhere that was brought in during the story because the main cast kinda create enough chaos they figure they needed more human staff to deal with it. That's why she looks a bit distraught because she had to kinda abandon her normal job to do this bullshit. Honestly she's kinda anxious in general though not particular shy just... nervous a lot. She has a scar on the bridge of her nose from a ferron apparently. She refuses to really say how it happened but says it was her own stupid fault so take that as you will!
