Well, I'll take care of the blatantly obvious thing, then: horny frog!!
The obvious having been said: I like this one. The purple and green make a nice contract and the darker green for the lips looks great. Only lesser bit would be the eyes as there's a bit of a wobble in the edges of pupils.
Not sure if it's feasible, but you could try experimenting with a mask of some sort; maybe a bit of paper or something with a hole cut out. Then again, that might just bleed the paint out underneath the edges. Might be worth a try, at least.
