I recently stumbled across a shipload of Final Fantasy 7 MIDI files, now, it has been a while since I played the game, so I can't exactly remember where this is from, my guess it's a person named Rufa (Rufas)'s theme (Yes, I actually remember that little from the game now...)
But anyway, I just had to do my quickie chiptune magic on it :D
I mean, what can't a couple of basic wave shapes and some overly downsampled drum samples do for a song? ;P

If its the part I'm thinking of, a big parade is happening since Rufus came to this (I think it was gun platform base thing) place, and so the soldiers stationed there held a parade in his honor. This is the part where you disguise yourself as a shinra soldier and move into the parade acting like you are part of it. But I'm not entirely sure this is that part hehe, hope this helps. X]
