"ugggghhhh i haaaate instagram and its stupid ass filters fucking everything up" She said and posted another instagram pic that already looked like shit before the filter came along
if anyone were to ask my dad what his proudest achievement in life is, he wouldn't point to either me, Sara or Frederick; he'd point at this. His saloon.
i mean i'm pretty sure i've mentioned that i'm a western nut just like my dad, and pretty much this entire family, but i'm not sure how much i've talked about the saloon.
so
here it is!
when we moved to this farm like 4 years ago, there was this way-beyond-condemned little shack behind the main stable building. And dad immediately knew what he would make of it.
So for like, 2 years, every little hour of his spare time went to completely renovate the shack to make it into a saloon, and many times he turned to the rest of his family and made us help. for instance y'all see the floorboards? (("no?")), well, i maed dose as well as the insulation <3
and man we bullied him for being so obsessive with it LMAO
it's still not done as he still got a bar mirror to put up, a furnace to build, add wall panels etc etc
but this is what it looks like now
it's pretty awesome and man dad likes to brag about it and show it off. So i'm doing the same lol
o and he used to have a really disturbing Indian mask in this place (as in Indian Indian), but when i went to snap these pics i noticed that it was gone.....
....
should probably lock every door and window in my house and pour salt everywhere.....

Tho if it were me I would dug up the ground lay out several shipping container side bt side welding them together as well frame around them and cement and all the important stuff then build the shake like that but build secreent room behind an old time frider lead to the room of a elevator and stairs to a underground pary area
one mirco bar does something similar

takeing a closer look at the pick my only think i would be picky about is the walls/ceiling that type plyboards tend have nasty habit coming part if it wet enough and give out if there enough weight on the weak spots but that just me i would gotten solid wood walls and ceiling then save cash to get better wall designs since thicker wood type hold up better then plyboard types
oh don't worry about those:
the kind of plyboard we used on the inner walls here is actually really durable and water resistant. Plus there's an outer wall/panels, roofing felt, insulation, a newly built roof and then comes the plyboard so the plyboard getting messed up by water is the least of our worries here.
and one of these days dad will add some inner panels too so it'll look better. There's a hella lotta walls in this building lol!
