This is Zant's ultimate form - having merged not only with the remnants of the Volkuss via his own strain of V-cells, but also having been mutated further through Ferrodermis through self-infection. The result; a hulking behemoth with command over all mystical elements including the thirteenth, the strength and power of a Ferrodermis Knight, and the powers and armour of the ancient Volkluss weapon system.

Was a bugger to put together, had to edit each limb through Paint, then patch it together with Paint Shop Pro. In total, two hours of work.
