Today I read that Al Capone used to send flowers and help out innocent by standards that got hurt in the crossfires-- and I felt inspired. I always like the idea of penguin being a gentleman, and that-- no offense, it's just business. Murdering someone who had nothing to do with a deal then hurting Cobblepot-- and he then needs to pay his respects. I also like him having a rule that no kids are allowed to get hurt-- which then makes him have an extra hate for Batman for adding kids to the crime fighting equation.
