It does most of the things Photoshop can do for a fraction of the cost. But I haven't used PS in a couple years so I don't know what advancements have been made lately.
Unlike SAI, it has a text tool and the ability to easily make panels for comics. There's still a bunch of stuff I need to learn, but it's so good to be able to do everything for a comic in one program.
