This is Florence the Phoenix, after she got an unlabelled transformation potion from 
anubiis_werewolf's Moonbauble, who was having a discount potion sale: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14583620/ Her color scheme still matches her normal Phoenix form and her legs still show the traces of avian, but her flaming halo really identifies her after the transformation.
