Ice Bear speaks in the third person most of the time and he doesn't say "What are you doing here". In fact, he'd be more quiet and reserved.
To use this page as an example, he would show confusion at Panda showing up until Panda mentioned the date. Then, he'd most likely show surpr ise (as you've done already in Panel 6. He might not even say anything at all in this scene but look surprised. He's a very expressive character without speaking. :)
If he were to say something, it'd probably be "Ice Bear isn't upset" in the last panel.
I don't mean to be all pedantic about it all but I hope it helps explain his speech a bit more. :)
The comic is still really damn awesome and you shouldn't feel that it has to be 100% like the show. To me, this is your reality of how the bears act. It's not canon so go wild and keep on making the hot/awesome comic! :D

It's possible i misremember, but I could have sworn there were a couple instances where Ice Bear makes a statement that doesn't involved Ice Bear. I didn't have my husband review this page before i submitted it because he's playing a game, but Im sure he'll have something to say about it when he reads, and then I can edit it.

Aww gawwwd, "Ice Bear isn't upset" would have melted my heart but I also like the small blush and smile at the end.
It's like you say though, it's about the artist's own interpretation and doesn't have to be 100% faithful, a very polite, thoughtful critical comment of yours ^.^
