I formulate the tea with the help of whoever it's for to pick a flavor they feel suits them. I'm pretty familiar with adagio's teas so I can usually help with what tastes good! The company then mixes the blends up with the percentages I give and prints the labels I design, and mails them out to whoever made the order! It's pretty neat <3
