It took me a while to figure out why shelters were called shelters, cuz the official definition of 'em being a place to go hide and be safe is totally incorrect! Like, who expects just a few measly feet of concrete or steel to stop anything with more strength 'n a falling leaf, much less a monster? OBVIOUSLY they're called shelters cuz ya gotta TEAR through the SHELL to get at what's inside. Like, duh! Now 'scuze me a sec, I gotta lick up some snacks!
