As anyone with two eyes can see, this is the work of
tegerio, and if this isn't close to being one of his comic masterpieces, I'll eat my hat. The only thing more generous than Teg's remarks that accompanied the drawing was the generosity of one of my friends in commissioning this work in honour of the 500th episode of the saga. He knows who he is, and he knows that I know who he is.
Teg commented in his posting to the effect that Westersloe Winterbough VI steals the drawing, and he is so right. The combination of the sire's questioning glance, and the buck-fawn's spurious innocence, is hilarious. Combine this with the (rightfully) worried look from [Little Toy], and it is virtually certain that a few seconds after this picture was taken, the sound of "[Reeeeeeeeh-bit!]" likely split the air.
Also as Teg noted in his posting: from the left, we have: The Wolf Queen, with her arm around her very good friend Princess Ooo-er, who is in her usual blissful mood. Queenie is giving the stink-eye to the housemaid Tessie Ring, who in turn is expressing her opinion of the Wolf Queen with no reservations. WW5 is wondering what the "Mud Magnet," WW6, is up to, and probably has a good idea at that. Sitting serenely in the centre is Anastasia Rosebush-Aspen, with her paw around her rather quieter and more sensible fawn, Stella, the Heiress of Elfhame. [Little Toy], as can be seen, is very worried about WW6 is up to, and with good reason. Bridget D.D. Winger, with her usual state of dazed optimism and cheeriness, is cradling "Sunny," and the ever-efficient Nippy is standing by with towels.
If there is such a concept as "photobombing" in Faerie, a certain tod that we all know and love is doing it. What is being done with his shillelagh is a matter of conjecture.
So, yes, this is a comic masterpiece, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

WW5 did get his antlers broken on a number of occasions, and they never were quite balanced, though they did grow back. On the other hand, Franklin J. Stagg (the hero of a separate group of stories in the Spontoon Island milieu) did have more serious problems with his antlers, and they never grew back straight.
Cervines do shed and regrow their antlers - damage may or may not have an effect afterwards. And cervine elves do participate in that cycle. I think it was mentioned once for WW5, and certainly for the whitetail madbuck in From Whom All Blessings Flow.
The green-scale version of Silverbrush might be accurate, though, if he's trying to disguise himself and hide in the background. I'm sure he knows that bit of Gramarye.

A guy is having a drink in a very dark bar. He leans over to the big woman next to him and says: "Do you want to hear a funny blonde joke?"
The big woman replies: "Well, before you tell me that joke, you should know something. I'm blonde, six feet tall, 210 pounds, and I'm a professional athlete and bodybuilder. Also, the blonde woman sitting next to me is 6'2", weighs 220 pounds and is an ex-professional wrestler. And next to her is a blonde who is 6'5", weighs 245 pounds, and she is a current professional kickboxer. Now, do you still want to tell me that blonde joke?"
The guy thinks about it a second and says: "Nah, not if I'm gonna have to explain it three times."
