Ito is born in the middle of WWII in a small village north of Kyoto. His father, who was a notorious officer, forced him into all sorts of inhumane physical and mental trainings with the goal to make him a perfect soldier who would give his life for the empire.
Sadly, those trainings were so brutal they backfired and Ito developed a strong hate towards his homeland. During his teenage years, he escaped the country and went to the USA, where he joined an army he actually believed into.
He ended up in the W.A.N.K. unit, siding with Josh and his friends to kill bad guys all around the Pacific Ocean.
