This is a loose ref of my spoopy cat Tidma
This is the most fleshed out ref sheet i've ever done for a character.
Yes it's traditional so the image is a bit grainy and you get to see my awful handwriting 8D

Some key notes
-She doesnt actually have fur her "smoke" can give the illusion of fur
-She's actually rather large..for a cat thing about the size of a bobcat/lynx so 1.5ft tallish at the shoulder? but can be portrayed smaller
-she's a NATURE spirit and much like a phoenix can represent rebirth/new life but also acknowledges death as a part of life
-swirly eye orbs is optional and i just like to do that sometimes
-Typically she doesnt have wings but if drawn with wings feathered or "batlike" or any combination is perfectly fine
-her "smoke" can be semi solid if needed and she can look like a nearly normal black cat in the right lighting.
-when thinking of her "smoke" think black ink dropped in water

This is a bit of a personal character and one of the few characters I will likely draw lots of in the future. This ref is drawn on the inner page of my FIRST conbook/sketchbook and I hope to fill it with many beautiful sketches and drawings of my little spoopy cat in the future <3
