These are YCH's for vilous characters.

There are no Latios or Latios-Hybrids on the planet Tal.

It's like asking for a Klingon in a Star Wars picture.

This really shouldn't offend you, your character just doesn't meet the criteria of being canon to the world as he's half-pokemon, which don't exist outside of Nintendo's Pokemon franchise, and certainly don't exist on planet Tal.
