Last night Rebel passed away in her sleep, due to not reacting to the medicines that the vet gave her for internal bleeding. We figured she would be difficult due to being a preemie and half the weight of a normal new born Fallow Deer Fawn. We tried everything possible to save her, but she passed away in her sleep. She will be missed, but we have Storm, and her nutty brother Elliott along with the rest of the herd whom knows how to bring happiness to us along with many others who like to come and visit them and give the tasty treats.

I always take it hard especially when one so the young passes on to that great open range in the sky.
