you would think to be so exsited to get a new fursuit head you have been wanting for almost 10 month now but when you get it like this.... you just want to cry.
the head was broke in motibule spots and the box look like this, open and crushed!
to top it off i was home and the mail man that delivered it did not walk to my portch he just tossed it agginst my glass door almost braking my door and scaring the crap out of me and he just ran off and drove away i tryed to get a pic of his plate but drave too fast, and with me limping i could not get it in time. pisssed me off!
as for the head i can fix it but this is not right mail serves!
the head was going to be warn at an up coming con this month but idk if she will be fixed by then.
the inside foam was ripped jaw ripped and the teeth fell out now it is hard to even ware.

That stinks so hard core! I worked for a company that did a lot of shipping/receiving, and I tell you what, we had enough damaged products come in (or arrive at our customers locations) that when I ship out anything with a value of more than $50 I get it insured! It's totally worth the money and gives a bit of peace of mind too! I hope you're able to get it fixed soon!
thank you i hope so too. i do that too when i ship my suits or art. i think it was insured it is from Hungry so it is late there i already talked with the sender and will talk to the shipping center there tomorrow now i gave her these pics to show them. i just cant fix it till they pay damiges

My mate worked for them (as a package handler) and the people they hire are such big brats they just slam peoples boxes all over the place, he couldn't believe the shit they would get away with, and not to mention their method of "repackaging" things that were completely destroyed.
I fear getting crap out of that facility since, and whenever I do, at the very least the box is always damaged :3

He just tossed it and drove away?? How dumb is that?
Either the parcel was broken on the delivery platform and it was not the drivers fault, or he broke it on the delivery. Either way. You have a company and a delivery number, so if you call the company they -will- know who had the delivery.
I can understand accidents happen. But proper thing would have been to hand it to you, have you inspect the content for damages, and if it was broken, handle you an official report sheet for compensation or offer to refuse it because it was broken.
You did not sign anything. Want to create some havoc about it? If it was tracked, just call and say you have not received it yet.

Well, actually, I assume if it wasn't insured you would only get a partial refund based on the parcel weigh and such, but still it might be worth a bit of shouting to customer service through the phone, asking if you need to write it everywere and complaining about what sort of company would deliver abroken parcel and still tell the customer to come to their office instead of sending a representative.
Even if it does not work it will be a great way to relief.
BTW. Just guessing here. But looking again at the box, it has the shape of a wheel, so I assume it either fell from the forklift and was stepped at the warehouse, or the driver left it on the pavement to moove boxes around and forgot about it until he started the vehicle and felt he was stepping on something.
