i think this guy is a cross between an arapaima & an alligator gar, which makes this kinda funny what with such a small body.

he's made appearances in past sketchbooks. rest assured, the masked gar shall strike again >:]

That blue seems like a really unusual color for your stuff for some reason. Just never seen/associated it before ^_^

yeah, it's actually very subdued. something odd happened when i did auto levels, made it way vibrant & everything else monotone. i like it tho.

I'd stick my finger into a can of wormy pig shit for a sketchbook with pages of this exact color. Sweet color editing choice. I am not a fan of the blue range, but the colors here enchant me.

it was a total mistake. auto levels made it go all wonky & monotone, also made the blue stand out like crazy. but it's still subtle enough.
