What if...
It's constantly said that a single human SOUL is equivalent to nearly every monster SOUL in the Underground. At the end of the game, Asriel is doomed to revert into a sociopathic loveless flower after returning all of the SOULs he stole because he no longer has the power to maintain his form. In this, literally, half-hearted idea, Frisk breaks his SOUL in half in order to prevent Asriel from losing himself! This has some rather unforeseen though probably not unwelcome side-effects~ Still half a human SOUL being equivalent to probably hundreds of monster SOULs, the two are still incredibly powerful monsters, but simply want to live out the lives that were taken from them.
That's just an idea that popped into my head :P I doubt anything will come of it.

I like to think there's hope that he'll have a better existence now. If he's asking you to include himself in the reset, then perhaps there's something there now that he's not likely to forget any time soon?
But yeah, now that I've finished, there's no way I could play it again any other way. They're all such preciously-adorable characters! :D

I would like to think Chara embodies what an RPG player looks like from the videogame's point of view: a remorseless killer that will destroy anything and everything to "end it".
That's why when you killed someone, you invite him in to take control. You do that enough he just takes over and that's when the Genocide route begins.

I've seen the comic where some believe Frisk sacrifices his soul to Asriel to make him whole, saying they will be together as they live their new life. This.. this is so much better. The other is heartfelt but so is this.. and thus, goatfamily is reunited. Oh heavens, Toby make it so!
It's good to see, I admit, I had my own similar idea.
Not quite as touching, but I hope to get art of it someday, though I think I actually do a human version of myself, since it's what I longed to do. Plus I'm poor and want undertale art >w>
But yeah, I more pictured letting Adriel's being within myself, causing a hybrid TF. He needs a new body, one with a soul, so he can feel, and I'm willing to shared. Of course this would have TFy side effect, but all the same xD.
At least Flowey knew what his true self wanted, even if he couldn't wrap his head around that. But I would totally give up part of my being so he wouldn't have to live out eternity unable to feel.
