This really does look very good. The city and the rubble and damaged stone and equipment around them looks better and better all the time. It really does a great job of building up an atmosphere of a long, hard-fought and wearying battle that's a long way from over. The characters themselves are really beautifully done, too. I really love what you've done with the armor and the uniforms, especially Deirdre's, and she really does look quite dramatic perched on top of the catapult. It's pretty neat to see Deirdre actually in a military setting for once, too, as so few people seem willing to draw armor or weapons like this. The details on the soldiers are coming along quite nicely as well, and I quite like the dented shield the one is carrying, and all of the various wounds and bandages, not to mention the feeling of mounting determination. You can't help but feel that, battered as they are, they're going to carry through to victory in the end.
Thanks again for putting together such a wonderfully elaborate picture, and for including Deirdre in it as well. The whole thing really is beautifully done, and it looks fantastic so far!
